Not A Bad Week
25/4/24 14:03It has been pretty busy, Steve's mobility has gotten worse so he has now been approved for a motorised wheelchair. He has a new occupation therapist and she is great. She is right on top of all the paperwork and everything. She is an older lady and really knows what she is doing. She came out to our home to meet Steve along with his support coordinator and the wheelchair technician. They tested him in several different models until they found the right one for him.
He should get the wheelchair in a couple of weeks as it is being funded by the NDIS.
Other than that, we have been doing our usual stuff, gym for me, physio for Steve. We have met his new support worker as well. She is a lovely lady and she and Steve hit it off straight away. My doctor has also put me on a new medication for anxiety and OCD, it all stems from my ASD. I am
I finally got to see StopMotion and Late Night With The Devil. I enjoyed them both along with Imaginary, but Late Night With The Devil is definitely my favourite. David Dastmalchian was brilliant as the late night host and I hope he does get more lead roles.
